Orders will be shipped USPS with the class (1st Class, Priority, Priority Express) of the customers choice at checkout. We reserve the right to upgrade (at no additional cost to buyer) for any reason at any time. We ship to P.O. boxes. We ship within the USA, plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other US Protectorates. We may ship worldwide at a later date.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible and we package all orders with care. The most common reason for an undeliverable package is wrong address - such as transposed numbers or omission of apartment number, so please be sure your address is 100% correct when ordering. In-transit delays may occur due to high volume during holidays. If you are planning to place an order that will be a gift for a particular holiday, PLEASE order early!

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If a product is eligible for return the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. We always package with care but we are human. If an error was made on our part, the return shipping fees are on us.
